Behind the scenes at the Togetr ERP implementation

Meggson (previously known as Cobot Automation) went operational with Togetr ERP on Tuesday, June 1st. The first talks between Meggson and Togetr about the ERP possibilities started at the end of 2020. Their request was simple: a complete, modern, and simple ERP system. The ERP system must have a modern User Interface and must be cloud-based to remain 'evergreen'.

After analyzing the problems, it quickly became clear that the functional aspect was just as important:

  • Be able to deploy step by step on a 'configure to order' strategy
  • Realizing an efficient organization through task management, automatic file creation, and transparency, including unstructured data such as emails and todo lists
  • Being able to plan effectively and collaborate in the chain with suppliers and customers
  • Keeping one source of truth, from engineering to service
  • Supporting the technician in the factory with assembly and production activities

 

The Togetr ERP step-by-step was simple and the implementation period short. The teams are already used to the new environment and notice the first benefits. Togetr ERP replaces a CRM system, hour registration software, multiple planning Excels and software from their previous software supplier. With one ERP system for the entire product lifecycle, tracing problems becomes easy and doors open to apply data for growth opportunities.

This first implementation phase focuses on urgent problems. After this successful ERP implementation, the platform continues to develop.
